Returns and exchanges
Brasileras® grants the period of 14 calendar days from the moment the product was purchased, for exchanges and returns. The product must be in the same shipping conditions, unused and in its original packaging.
Voluntary return by the customer
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal for all purchases made, regardless of the number and amount, as long as they notify this withdrawal within the legal period of 14 calendar days. The Customer must deliver the product to our address, Carrer de la Masia Nova, 19, Vilanova i la Geltrú, 08800, Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund
Once the package has been received and the return has been accepted, the refund of the order amount will be made within 15 working days. Any refund will be automatically issued in the same way the payment was made.
Cancellation of orders
If the order is cancelled after the purchase has been completed, it may be cancelled without charge or reason, provided that the order is still at our premises and therefore has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order you must contact us, via our e-mail address: hola@brasileras.eu, or by calling (+34) 936 644 209, within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already left our warehouse, the customer must wait for it to be delivered and proceed to return the order.
Guarantee
Brasileras® offers the guarantee established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the 16th of November, by which the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.

Modifications to the general terms and conditions of purchase
Brasileras® reserves the right to totally or partially modify, at any time and without prior notice, the present General Conditions of Purchase. Any modification will come into effect from the moment it is published on the web portal www.brasileras.eu, and will not affect those Clients and/or Users who have made their purchase prior to said update. Once published, the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase established on said web portal shall apply.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The fulfilment by Brasileras® of the General Conditions, partially or totally, will be interrupted in the event of force majeure, by an act of God or by the definition of the Spanish courts that prevents the execution of these conditions. These General Conditions of Purchase are governed by Spanish law.
